3 lb Boned and skinned chicken
breasts ground
1 lb Ground veal
2 Whole egg whites
2 Bread, soaked-water or wine
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c Yoshida's gourmet sauce
2 T Soy sauce, low sodium
1/2 t Salt
1/8 t Pepper
1 1/2 T Italian seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

~-Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.  ~-Place in
