INGREDIENTS

4 Chicken legs
2 ts Salt; (10 g.)
2 ts White pepper; (10 g.)
1/2 ts Soya sauce; (2 ml.)
1 ts Ajinomoto; (5 g.)
2 Eggs; beaten
Breadcrumbs as required
Oil
Szechwan sauce as required
4 Spring onions; sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix salt, pepper, soya sauce and ajinomoto together. Apply the
mixture to the chicken legs. Dip in the beaten eggs and roll in
breadcrumbs. Deep fry in hot oil till done. Serve with szechwan
sauce. Garnish with spring onion slices.
