Ingredients: 1 c Uncooked macaroni; 3/4 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing; 1 tb Finely chopped onion; 1/2 ts Salt; 1/4 ts Pepper; 1 L/2 Cups cut-up cooked chicken; 1 c Chopped cucumber; 4 servings.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Many macaroni shapes are now available. Choose from spiral, bow-tie, elbow.
ring or shell macaroni.
Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.
Mix mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper. Toss with macaroni, chicken and
cucumber Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
