INGREDIENTS

12 Chicken breasts
1 Bottle; (8 oz) red Russian dressing
1 c Apricot preserves
1/2 c Water
1/2 pk Dry onion soup

INSTRUCTIONS

Source: Ladies Auxiliary, JFK Hospital, Edison, NJ
Method: Spray baking dish with Pam (or substitute). Mix all
ingredients together and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees F.
(175 C.) for one hour.
It's a change from orange chicken, and quite good.
