Name: Chicken in Spicy Orange Sauce
Ingredients: 2 Skinless, boneless chicken breasts; 1 tb Olive oil; 1/4 c Flour; 1/4 ts Salt; 1/8 ts Pepper; 1/4 ts Paprika; 1 md Onion, chopped; 1 lg Garlic clove, minced; 1 c Chicken stock; 3/4 c Orange juice; 1 Green or red pepper, cut into strips grated rind of one orange; 1/8 ts Crushed red pepper; 1/2 ts Cumin; 1/2 ts Oregano; 1 tb Lemon juice; 2 tb Parsley

We need to get something straight. God performs miracles. Most of His miracles happened in three periods of history: The time of Moses and Joshua, the time of Elijah and Elisha and the time of Jesus and the apostles. I believe God still does miracles and it’s witnessed every time He opens a person’s heart to respond favorably to Christ, but for the most part, miracles in the official sense are infrequent. As a matter of fact, the Bible says nothing about expecting God to intervene in our life through miracles. If anything, the Bible warns in these “latter days” to be on the lookout for false miracles from the evil one.

INGREDIENTS

2		Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1	tb	Olive oil
1/4	c	Flour
1/4	ts	Salt
1/8	ts	Pepper

1	c	Chicken stock

1		Green or red pepper, cut into strips grated rind of one orange

1/2	ts	Oregano
1	tb	Lemon juice
2	tb	Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil in skillet.  Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika and roll
chicken in mixture.  Reserve excess flour mixture.  Brown chicken in oil.
Transfer to a casserole dish.  In same oil, saut onion and garlic until
soft. Sprinkle in leftover flour and stir to blend. Add stock and juice and
mix until flour is dissolved. Add green pepper, orange rind, crushed
pepper, cumin, oregano, lemon juice and parsley. Cook over medium heat
until sauce is thick and smooth. Pour over chicken and bake, covered, at
