INGREDIENTS
| 4 3/4 | oz | Canned chicken spread |
| 11 | oz | Cheddar cheese soup; canned |
| 2 | tb | White wine |
| 2 | oz | Gruyere cheese; shredded (1/2 cup) |
| 1 | ds | Crushed red pepper; or cayenne |
| French bread cubes; toasted |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium saucepan over low heat, mix together chicken spread, soup, red pepper, and wine. Add cheese, a little at a time, stirring constantly. Heat until cheese is melted.
