Ingredients: 1 cn Mushroom soup; 2 c Water; 1 c Uncooked regular rice; 2 tb Chopped parsley; 1 Chicken; cut up (uncooked) but skinned is nice; 1/2 1.35 ounce envelope onion soup mix; (like Liptons)

INGREDIENTS

1	cn	Mushroom soup

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix mushroom soup, water, rice and parsley. Place in bottom of roaster pan
or casserole dish. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle soup over chicken, cover
and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees
