Taco sauce
Tomatoes; chopped
Lettuce; shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place taco shells in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch
baking dish. Place in oven for 5 minutes to crisp.
2. Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, heat oil and cook onion until
softened, 2 to 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add chicken and
season with cumin, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until heated
through.
3. Fill shells halfway with filling, top each with about 2 tablespoons
cheese and taco sauce, tomatoes, and lettuce to taste.
