INSTRUCTIONS
Using a shape knife, make a pocket in each chicken breast. Flatten the
bacon using a large knife. Mix the cream cheese, apple, Mint, Minced
Onion, Garlic Granules and Chives together. Season with salt and
Pepper.
Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture then wrap with the bacon
to form a neat, sealed parcel. Place in a shallow roasting tin, brush
with oil and lemon juice and bake at 400F, 200C, Gas Mark 6 for 30
minutes until golden.
