INSTRUCTIONS
Half cover the chicken with salted water; cover and cook until tender.
Blend remaining ingredients, except lard or oil, and saute sauce,
adding a little of the cooking liquid. Stir until thick. Season to
taste. Add the chicken and simmer only long enough for it to absorb
the taste. Serves 4 to 6. (Pork or veal may be substituted.)
