INSTRUCTIONS
MIX ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, salt and pepper and apply to the chicken legs. Keep aside for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and fry the chicken legs for five minutes or till the juices are well sealed in. Add the remaining marinade and a little water. Cover and cook till done. To prepare the sauce: Heat oil in another pan. Add ginger and fry for three minutes. Add chilli powder, honey and salt. Keep stirring over low heat for five minutes. Remove from heat.
