INGREDIENTS

3 T Margarine or butter, melted
1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken
breast halves cut
crosswise in half
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 T Water
3/4 c Bisquick baking mix
1/2 t Paprika
Zesty bbq sauce, see
below or use your own
if
you like
1/3 c Honey dijon barbecue sauce
1/3 c Kethcup
2 T Packed brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep time: 15 min Bake time: 30 min  Heat oven to 425°. Pour half of
the margarine into rectangula 13x9  pan. Flatten chicken to about 1/2"
thickness between waxed paper or  plastic wrap. Mix egg and water. Mix
baking mix and paprika. Dip  chicken into egg mixture, then coat with
baking mix mixture. Place  chicken in pan. Drizzle with remaining
margarine. Bake uncovered 20  minutes. Turn with spatula; bake 8-10
minutes longer or until juice  is no longer pink when centers of
thickest pieces are cut. Meanwhile,  prepare the Zesty barbecue sauce.
Serve chicken with the sauce.  Zesty barbecue sauce: Mix all
ingredients, heat to boiling.  Serves 4-6 (From: Bisquick new family
