INGREDIENTS
| 2 | pk | Nasoya Firm tofu; frozen and thawed |
| 1 | lg | Onion; diced |
| 2 | Cloves garlic; minced | |

| 4 | c | Cooked kidney beans |
| 2 | tb | Chili powder |
| 1 | ts | Vinegar |
| 1 | ts | Sweetener |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 1/4 | ts | Black pepper |
| Tabasco sauce; if desired |
INSTRUCTIONS
from Nasoya Thaw tofu. Press (aka-compress to drain any liquid) and crumble. Saute onion and garlic in oil (or broth) until onions are tender. Add tofu and saute another few minutes. In a large pot, mix all ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Stir frequently. Servings is not given, but from what I've experienced, it seems to make about 10-12cups of chili.
