Ingredients: 3 Eggs; 1 c Milk; 1/2 c Bisquick mix; 1/2 ts Salt; 2 cn (4 oz.) roasted and peeled green chilies; 2 c Tomatoes; chopped; 2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded

As an obedient believer, you are to stand firm in the strength of the Lord, to be sober in spirit, and to remain alert in order to resist the schemes of the devil. However, in all areas of your walk as a believer, you are incapable in your own strength and insufficient in your own resources to overcome the wiles and temptations of Satan. Therefore, you must put on the full armor of God to be an overwhelming conqueror in your continuing spiritual battle.

INGREDIENTS

3		Eggs
1	c	Milk
1/2	c	Bisquick mix
1/2	ts	Salt
2	cn	(4 oz.) roasted and peeled green chilies
2	c	Tomatoes; chopped
2	c	Cheddar cheese; shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat eggs, milk, Bisquick and salt until foamy. Remove stems and seeds from
chilies; rinse in water. Place in greased baking dish 8x 8x2. Top chilies
with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese, pour egg mixture over. Bake uncovered
40 to 45 minutes. May serve with avocados/salsa, sour cream.
