Name: Chili Quiche
Ingredients: 1/2 c Butter; 10 Eggs; 1/2 c Flour; 1 ts Baking powder; Salt -- to taste; 8 oz Green chili peppr -- chop; Ortego; 1 pt Cottage cheese -- small; Curd; 1 lb Monterey Jack Cheese --; Grated; Or 1/2 Cheddar & 1/2 Jack

INGREDIENTS

1/2	c	Butter
10		Eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan in oven. Beat eggs lightly. Add flour, bkg pwd
and salt; mix well. Add melted butter, cottage cheese, cheeses and peppers.
Bake 400-15 minutes; then 350 - 35-40 minutes; or until firm. May be frozen
and reheated.
