| 1 | Pinch white pepper | |
| 2/3 | c | Cucumber; finely chopped for garnish |
| Grated lemon rind for garnish |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings if desired. Serve chilled and garnish with finely chopped cucumber and a bit of grated lemon rind.
