INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the oil in a heavy-based saucepan and fry the onion, chillies
and pepper for 4 minutes.
2. Add the mashed tomato and fry for a further 4 minutes.
3. Add the milk and cheese and simmer gently until the cheese is
melted. Do not allow the cheese to bubble.
4. Serve immediately.
