INGREDIENTS

1/3 | c | Soy sauce |
1/3 | c | Honey |
1/3 | c | Minced scallion, including |

2 | T | Minced garlic |
1 | T | Cider vinegar |
6 | lb | Spareribs |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a small saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cool and pour the marinade over the ribs. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
