Spareribs; cut into 3" lengths
1
Piece of fresh ginger; 1", crushed
3/4
c
Brown sugar
1
c
Catsup
1
c
Oyster sauce

Salt
1
Clove garlic
2
oz
Sherry
INSTRUCTIONS
SAUCE
Boil ribs with ginger for 30 minutes in water. Drain. Mix sauce
ingredients. Marinate meat in sauce for 1 hour. Broil ribs to brown.
Serve.
