Ingredients: 2 Chipotle chiles; 6 Cloves garlic; peeled; 1 pt Olive oil; 2 Sprigs fresh rosemary

INGREDIENTS

2		Chipotle chiles

1	pt	Olive oil
2		Sprigs fresh rosemary

INSTRUCTIONS

2 chipotles and 6 peeled cloves of garlic in 1 pt olive oil (soak peppers
in hot water for 20 minutes). Add 2 sprigs fresh rosemary. Let steep in a
cool, dark place (not the fridge) for at least a week before using.
