INGREDIENTS

2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Plus
1 tb Unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Sugar
3 Egg whites
1 c Plus
2 tb Fat-free mayonnaise
1 c Skim milk
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Butter extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven 350 . In large bowl stir together first five ingredients. In
smaller bowl, beat together sugar and egg whites. Add remaining ingredients
to dry ingredients including egg white mixture. Beat on high with electric
mixer for three additional minutes. Pour into 13 by 9 inch non-stick baking
dish coated with non-stick spray. Bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes
or until toothpick comes out clean when pressed near center. Allow to cool
five min. , seal air tight for moistness. 24 servings. This moist, rich
cake is wonderfully moist and is sure to please the most finicky chocolate
