INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt;
set aside. In a large mixer bowl, combine sugar and butter, and beat at
medium speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture is creamy. Add eggs, one
at a time, beating after each addition. Add bananas, sour cream and
vanilla, and beat until well mixed. Continue beating, gradually adding
flour mixture and scraping bowl often until well mixed, about 1 minute. By
hand, stir in 1 cup chocolate chips. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 inch
pan. Sprinkle remaining chips over batter. Bake in a preheated 350 degree
oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes
out clean.
