INSTRUCTIONS

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat until fluffly. Add vanilla to
sour cream. Sift flour, baking soda and baking powder together. Add the
sour cream and the dry ingredients to the butter and sugar until combined.
Dust the chocolate chips with 1 tbs flour and fold into the batter. Bake in
a greased and floured 8 inch square pan at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
