INSTRUCTIONS
Cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, pumpkin, and
water. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg. Add to
pumpkin mixture. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Pour into 2 greased 9 x
5 loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves
