Ingredients: 1 Stick butter or margarine; 4 tb Cocoa; 6 tb Buttermilk; 1 Box powdered sugar; 1 ts Vanilla; 1 c Nuts; chopped

INGREDIENTS

1		Stick butter or margarine

6	tb	Buttermilk
1		Box powdered sugar
1	ts	Vanilla
1	c	Nuts; chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter, cocoa & milk together in saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil.
Pour mixture over the powdered sugar. Beat well. Stir in vanilla & nuts.
