INSTRUCTIONS
TOPPING
BASE
Topping: In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract
and egg; beat until well blended. Stir in 1 cup coconut, pecans and Nestle
Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels. Set aside.
Base: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine cake mix, butter
and egg; mix until crumbly. Press into greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
Spread Topping over Base. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup coconut on top. Bake
at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. NOTE: Center may appear loose but will
set upon cooling. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into 2-inch squares.
Makes 2 dozen 2-inch squares.
