Egg; unbeaten

Unsweetened chocolate; melted

French's Vanilla

Funsten's Nuts; chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
BAKE at 400 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. MAKES about 7 dozen cookies. Sift
together flour, cinnamon, and soda. Cream butter. Gradually add sugar,
creaming well. Blend in egg, milk, melted chocolate, vanilla, and nuts. Add
the dry ingredients; mix well. Shape dough into roll 2 inches in diameter.
Wrap in waxed paper or aluminum foil; chill at least 6 hours. Cut into
1/8-inch slices; place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake in moderately hot
oven (400 degrees) 6 to 8 minutes. *For use with Pillsbury's Best
Self-Rising Flour, omit soda.
