Semi-Sweet Real Chocolate Chips

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together crumbs and margarine in small
bowl. Press onto bottom of 9-inch square baking pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool.
Beat cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar in small mixing bowl at medium
speed with electric mixer until well blended. Spread over crust. Melt
chocolate chips with shortening in small saucepan over low heat, stirring
until smooth. Drizzle over cream cheese mixture. Chill 6 hours or
overnight. Cut into squares. Approximately 1 dozen
Prep time: 20 minutes plus chilling Cooking time: 10 minutes
Microwave Tip: Microwave chocolate chips and shortening in small bowl on
HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until chocolate begins to melt, stirring every
minute. Stir until chocolate is melted.
