INGREDIENTS
| 1 1/2 | c | Plus 2 T unsweetened cocoa-powder; sifted |
| 3 1/4 | c | Granulated sugar |
| 1 1/3 | c | Cornstarch |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 1 | c | Above mix |
| 2 3/4 | c | Milk |
| 2 | tb | Butter or margarine |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Vanilla extract |
INSTRUCTIONS
CREAMY CHOCOLATE PUDDING In a lg bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until all ingredients evenly distributed. Pour into a 6-cup container with a tight- fitting lid. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 3-4 months. CREAMY CHOCOLATE PUDDING: In a saucepan combine pudding mix and milk. Cook and stir until mixture thickens. Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into 6 serving bowls.
