INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions: Place chocolate morsels in top of a double boiler; bring
water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts. Add
butter and powdered sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove
from heat. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating with an electric
mixer after each addition. Stir in rum. Pour mixture into a bowl;
cover and let sit 12 hours in a cool, dry place (do not refrigerate).
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls; roll lightly in cocoa. Yield: 2
dozen.
