INSTRUCTIONS
Starting at tips of strawberries, make 2 crosswise slits almost to stem
ends, without cutting through. Set aside.
In bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; beat in cooled
chocolate, orange liqueur and rind.
Using piping bag, pipe cheese mixture into slits in berries. Sprinkle with
pistachios; garnish with mint (if using). Refrigerate until chilled. Makes
