Name: Chocolate Waffles with Cinnamon-Marshmallow
Ingredients: ***WAFFLES***; 1/2 c Butter or margarine --; Softened; 1 c Sugar; 1 c Milk; 2 Eggs; 1 ts Vanilla; 1 1/2 c Cake flour; 2 ts Baking powder; 1/4 ts Salt; 2 oz Semisweet chocolate --; Melted; ***TOPPING***; 1 Jar marshmallow cream; 2 tb Corn syrup; 1/2 ts Vanilla; 1/4 ts Cinnamon; Shaved semisweet baking; Chocolate --

INGREDIENTS

1/2	c	Butter or margarine —
		Softened
1	c	Sugar

2	tb	Corn syrup
1/2	ts	Vanilla
1/4	ts	Cinnamon
		Shaved semisweet baking
		Chocolate —

INSTRUCTIONS

For waffles, preheat waffle iron.  In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar
until fluffy.  Add milk, eggs, and vanilla; beat until smooth. In a small
bowl, combine cake flour, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients and
melted chocolate to creamed mixture and blend; do not overmix. For each
waffle, pour about 1/2 cup batter into waffle iron. Bake 5 to 7
minutes or according to manufacturer's instructions.  For topping, heat
marshmallow cream and corn syrup over medium-low heat in a medium saucepan
until marshmallow cream melts.  Stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Serve waffles
hot with warm topping.  Garnish with shaved chocolate.  Yield: about six 7
