INSTRUCTIONS
each serve-3 cookies 1/2 fat
Sift flour & baking powder together into bowl. Combine margarine & vanilla;
cream until light & fluffy. Blend flour mixture into creamed mixture.
combine sugar sub and orange juice. Stir juice into flour mixture; mix
dough well. Sprinkle cinnamon over dough, and knead to make a streaked
appearance. Shape dough into 30 balls about 1/2 inch in diameter arrange on
nonstick cookie sheet Flatten balls with fork dipped in cold water. Bake at
350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until edges are browned.
