INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Cold water
1 1/2 c White sugar
2 ts Cinnamon
1 lb Almonds; not blanched

INSTRUCTIONS

From the Second Helpings, Please! cookbook
Combine water, sugar, cinnamon in a saucepan. Cook almonds in liquid
on medium heat until all the liquid has evaporated.
Spread on a cookie sheet & sprinkle with a little more sugar. Place
under the broiler for a few minutes.
Take care that they should not burn....
