10 Grapefruit; segment & seed
8 Orange; segment &
1/2 lb Walnut; lightly toasted
2 Juice of lemon
1/4 c Orange juice; from frozen concentrate, thawed
2 oz Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

1.core, seed, & dice apples. Please leave on the skin.
2. peel, section & seed the citrus.
3. lightly toast walnuts in the oven.
4. combine al fruit & nutsl & toss
5. the dressing is the honey, orange concentrate, & lemon juice.drizzle
over fruit before serving.
(if in a hurry just toss with the dressing)
