| Wine; (white is best, but most any will do) | ||
| Half & Half and/or Evaporated Milk | ||

INSTRUCTIONS
From: Bulldogfla <[email protected]> Cook onion in butter, add mushrooms, then clams and garlic. Pour wine in and let bubble a bit. Add liquid from clams(and mushrooms), let cook a bit.
