Clams-drain and save liquid

Chopped onion
Sliced mushrooms or 1 can of mushrooms; (if can is used-also use liquid)

Tarragon

Chopped cloves of garlic
Wine; (white is best, but most any will do)
Half & Half and/or Evaporated Milk
Cornstarch
INSTRUCTIONS

Cook onion in butter, add mushrooms, then clams and garlic. Pour wine in
and let bubble a bit. Add liquid from clams(and mushrooms), let cook a bit.
Add Half & Half(Evaporated Milk) as needed. Turn down heat to low. Just
before serving add cornstarch(in water) to thicken.
