Ingredients: 6 oz Unsweetened Baking Chocolate; 2 c Granulated Sugar; 2 c Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed; 2/3 c Light Corn Syrup; 1 c Butter Or Margarine;; Softened; 8 lg Eggs; 2 1/2 c Unbleached All-Purpose Flour; 2 c Walnuts; Chopped

In addition to the outward general call to salvation, which is made to everyone who hears the Gospel, the Holy Spirit extends to the elect a special inward call that inevitably brings them to salvation. The external call (which is made to all without distinction) can be, and often is, rejected; whereas the internal call (which is made only to the elect) cannot be rejected; it always results in conversion. By means of this special call the Spirit irresistibly draws sinners to Christ. He is not limited in His work of applying salvation to man's will, nor is He dependent on man's cooperation for success. The Spirit graciously causes the elect sinner to cooperate, to believe, to repent, to come freely and willingly to Christ. God's grace, therefore, is invincible; it never fails to result in the salvation of those to whom it is extended.

INGREDIENTS

6	oz	Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
2	c	Granulated Sugar
2	c	Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
2/3	c	Light Corn Syrup
1	c	Butter Or Margarine;

8	lg	Eggs
2 1/2	c	Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
2	c	Walnuts; Chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees F.  Grease a 9 X 13 X 2-inch baking pan.
Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler and set aside. Mix the
sugars, corn syrup and butter together but do not cream. Add the eggs, one
at a time.  Slowly pour in the chocolate, blending well. Add the flour,
beating until smooth. Fold in the walnuts. Spread the batter in the
prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.  Place the pan on a wire rack
and allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Yield: 24 Brownies
