Ingredients: 2 Sticks butter; 2 c Sugar; 1 1/4 c Flour; 2 ts Vanilla; 4 Eggs; 10 tb Cocoa; 1/4 ts Salt; 2 c Nuts

2		Sticks butter
2	c	Sugar
1 1/4	c	Flour
2	ts	Vanilla
4		Eggs
10	tb	Cocoa
1/4	ts	Salt
2	c	Nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, cocoa and vanilla. Mix well. Sift flour
and salt; add to mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan and
bake at
350    for 30 minutes.
