Ingredients: --1 1/2 lb loaf:; 2 c Sourdough culture; 1 c White bread flour; 1/4 c Water; 1 ts Salt; 1 tb Sugar; 1 tb Vegetable oil; 1/4 c Cocoa; 1 tb Caraway seed; 2 ts Vital gluten; 1 1/2 c Rye flour; 1 1/2 c White bread flour; 2/3 c Water; as needed

1/4	c	Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Knead the first ingredients for 5 minues in machine, allow to sit for 8
hours, add the following ingredients and start cycle using French or basic
white setting.
