Ingredients: 1/4 c Cocoa; 2 tb Sugar; 3 tb Hot water; 1 Sliced banana; 1 1/2 c Skim milk; 2 c Non-fat frozen yogurt

In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 c. cocoa and 2 Tblsp. sugar.  Add 3
Tblsp. of hot water and stir until well blended. Place 1 sliced banana in
the container of a blender; cover and blend. Add cocoa mixture, cover and
blend. Add 1 1/2 c. skim milk ans 2 c. non-fat frozen yogurt. Cover and
blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings. (No cholesterol
and 1 g fat per serving.)
