INGREDIENTS
3 | Eggs | |
1 1/4 | c | Milk |
1 | oz | Melted butter |
4 | oz | Flour |
1/4 | t | Salt |
2 | Vanilla beans, scraped | |
1/2 | c | Cream cheese |
1/4 | c | Pureed banana |
1 | T | Godiva liqueur |
1 | T | Coconut milk |
INSTRUCTIONS
Crepe Combine all crepe ingredients in a bowl and whip with a wire whisk until smooth. Heat a non-stick saute pan and spray with a non-stick coating. Add just enough batter to evenly coat the bottom of the pan. Cook about 1 minute until light brown, then flip over and cook the other side. Filling Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Place 2 Tbsp of filling into the center of the crepe and fold. Heat in the oven or microwave just until warm and serve with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
