Ingredients: 1 1/2 c All-purpose flour; 1 c Sugar; 3 ts Double acting baking powder; 1/4 ts Salt; 1 c Sour cream; 1/2 ts Vanilla extract; 2 Eggs; 2 tb Flour; 2 tb Unsalted butter; 2 tb Sugar; 3 tb Brown sugar

STREUSEL TOPPING
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350F. Combine all ingredients in a mixer and mix until all
ingredients are incorporated. Do not over mix. Pour batter into a
9-by-9-inch lightly greased cake pan, and cover with streusel topping
(RECIPE Follows). Bake about 20 minutes. STREUSEL TOPPING: PLACE ALL
INGREDIENTS together in a mixer and mix until crumbled.
