Ingredients: 1 c Very strong cold black coffee; 1 c Sugar; 2 Eggs; 1 c Yoghurt; 2 1/2 c Flour; 2 ts Baking powder

INGREDIENTS

1	c	Very strong cold black coffee
1	c	Sugar
2		Eggs
1	c	Yoghurt
2 1/2	c	Flour
2	ts	Baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400&deg;F, prepare pans. Put the first four ingredients into a
bowl & mix well. Add the dry mix to the wet mix until just combined. Spoon
into pans & bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 15.
