INGREDIENTS
| 1 | c | Very strong cold black coffee |
| 1 | c | Sugar |
| 2 | Eggs | |

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F, prepare pans. Put the first four ingredients into a bowl & mix well. Add the dry mix to the wet mix until just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 15.
