Ingredients: 4 c Shredded cabbage (up to); 3 tb Sugar; 4 tb Vinegar; 1 tb Minced onion; 1/2 ts Salt; 1/3 c Salad oil; Parsley and paprika for garnish

INGREDIENTS

4	c	Shredded cabbage (up to)
3	tb	Sugar
4	tb	Vinegar
1	tb	Minced onion
1/2	ts	Salt
1/3	c	Salad oil
		Parsley and paprika for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash, drain, and chill cabbage. Shred.  Combine sugar, vinegar, onion,
salt, and salad oil. Add cabbage and mix lightly. Garnish with parsley and
dash of paprika. Yield: 6 servings.
