INSTRUCTIONS
Digging thru recipe books looking for something differnet. I found
this compound butter recipe being used as a bookmark :) I think I may
have gotten it from THE LIST back when I first subscribed (before I
had a printer!) I remember using it on corn on the cob and other
veggies. Bet it would be great to saute mushrooms in, or anything
else for that matter!
Mix all the ingredients together and allow to sit at room temp. for
an hour for all the flavors to "meld". Wrap in plastic or wax paper
and freeze. Try combinations like red chiles, orange zest and orange
juice or fresh basil and green chiles.
