INGREDIENTS
| 1/4 | c | Sour cream; light |
| 1 1/2 | lb | Pork loin chops |
| 1 1/2 | c | Stuffing-mix cornbread |
| Black pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375. F Spread sour cream over pork chops, coating all sides. Coat with cornbread stuffing mix. Place coated pork chops on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Season with pepper.
