INGREDIENTS

4 lb Corned beef brisket
1 Bay leaf
4 Peppercorns
4 Whole cloves
1 sm Onion; sliced
1 Clove garlic; sliced
1 ts Lemon juice
1/4 c Wine
1 tb Vinegar
1 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Place corned beef in crock pot. Cover with remaining ingredients. Cook on
low heat 6-8 hours. (The resultant stock may be used to flavor cabbage.)
