Ingredients: 2 c Crisco shortening; 3 1/2 c Sugar; 4 ts Vanilla; 4 Eggs; 1 pt Cottage cheese; 5 1/2 c Flour; 1 c Cocoa; 2 ts Baking powder; 1 ts Soda; 1 c Chopped nuts

INGREDIENTS

2	c	Crisco shortening

4		Eggs
1	pt	Cottage cheese
5 1/2	c	Flour

2	ts	Baking powder
1	ts	Soda
1	c	Chopped nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix shortening, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add cottage cheese. Mix in flour,
cocoa, baking powder, soda and nuts. Chill the dough; roll into teaspoon
size balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake
at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
