INSTRUCTIONS
Fry bacon, reserving 3 tablespoons of drippings. Saute the celery, bell
pepper and onions in bacon grease. Add tomatoes, black-eyed peas, salt,
pepper, sugar and crumbled bacon; simmer 30 minutes.
