INGREDIENTS

1 cn (16 oz.) of green lima beans
1 cn (16 oz.) of red kidney beans
6 sl Bacon; diced
1/2 c Sliced onion
1/2 c Diced celery
1 Clove of garlic; minced
1 c Catsup
1/2 ts Tabasco sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Drain lima beans, reserve 1/2 cup of liquid. In large skillet cook
bacon until browned. Drain all but 1 teaspoon bacon fat from skillet.
Add onion, celery and garlic, cook 5 minutes ot until tender. Stir in
catsup, lima beans, reserved lima bean liquid, and kidney beans, mix
gently. Simmer uncovered 20 minutes, stir occasionally. Stir in
tabasco sauce. 6-8 servings.
